Tirlio uses sleep, exercise, HRV and more from Apple Health. You can revoke access anytime in iPhone Settings → Privacy → Health.

You can delete your account and all data anytime in the app under “You” → Delete account. On request we also delete manually – just write to us.

No. Tirlio is a learning and reflection app. No treatment recommendations, no insulin doses, no diagnoses.

On iPhone (iOS). During the beta, Tirlio is installed via Apple’s TestFlight. An Android version will follow later.

During the beta, Tirlio is free. We will inform you about later pricing in good time.
